Curiosity is the doorway to connection.
For more than a decade, my work has centered around relationships — how we connect with ourselves, the people we love, and the lives we are creating.
As a clinically trained therapist, I’ve spent years sitting with couples and individuals navigating conflict, distance, and the complicated reality of loving other humans. That work shaped me deeply. It also revealed something that continues to guide how I approach relationships today.
Connection doesn’t suddenly disappears or evaporate.
Most often it slowly fades and goes unnoticed through micro-misunderstandings that erode into canyons of disconnection. Quiet armor is put on over time, and we wake one day to find ourselves protected from the one we want most to be closest to.
But connection can return. And it does.
Over the years I’ve come to believe that curiosity is one of the most powerful doorways back to the heart — curiosity about who we are, about the person sitting across from us, and about the life we are building together.
This publication is where I explore those ideas.
Here you’ll find reflections on relationships, connection, and the very human journey of learning how to love one another more honestly.
Alongside my writing, I also guide immersive experiences for individuals and couples who want to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most. These experiences take place on the quiet shores of Lake Superior, where space, conversation, and reflection can unfold more naturally.
Whether you’re here to reflect on your own relationships, explore questions about connection, or simply slow down and think more deeply about what it means to be human together — I’m glad you found your way here.
Stay open to the mysteries!
